Friday's boys basketball district finals schedule
Here is a schedule of Friday's boys basketball district championship games.
Tanner Pond's overtime goal lifts Orchard Lake St. Mary's
It took extra time Wednesday, but Orchard Lake St. Mary's is moving on to the semifinals of the Division 1 hockey playoffs. Pond scored the winner 39 seconds into overtime, giving St. Mary's a 2-1 victory over U-D Jesuit.

Ali Saleh hits winner at buzzer for Dearborn
Saleh saved his best, and only, basket for last. Saleh hit an 18-foot jumper as time expired in a 70-68 double-overtime victory over rival Allen Park in a Class A district semifinal at Dearborn Edsel Ford Friday night.
Inkster shuts down Ypsilanti, will face No. 1 Romulus in district final
Inkster used its superior athleticism to harass and defend Ypsilanti on every possession. As a result Inkster (17-4) advanced to Friday's Class A district final at Wayne Memorial with a 61-43 victory.
